Some furniture is easily marked whilst moving it. Today we provided a House Packing Service in a customers Nursery (all furniture is brand new – baby not yet born) – furniture to be moved – white sleigh cot, changing unit and wardrobe. As you can see from the photo’s, the furniture is pure white.
It is usual during handling, that any marks on the removal men’s hands will mark the furniture, obviously the furniture will be cleaned – but there is a solution to prevent marks.
The cot needed to be dismantled, so once dismantled each piece was shrink wrapped to protect it during the furniture removal.
Once the furniture is delivered to the new home, then the shrink wrap will be removed – then the cot rebuilt and positioned where the customer wants the furniture.
Our furniture shrink wrapping service is offered to all our customer’s for an additional fee.
We also use, furniture removals transit blankets, bubble wrap, bubble blanket, packing paper – to look after and protect our customer’s furniture during their house removal, or if storage is needed
